I think it probably comes with the mopar Stage 3 turbo from the factory, but not sure.
Speculation has it that it will be awd, you may be right on that one though.
You think just because an engine uses a TD04 turbo it must be the same engine as before. Mitsubishi Heavy's development is seperate from engine devlopment from Mitsubishi and DCX.
Right now on Dodge's website you can explore the new Caliber and it talks about the World Engine in use on the non turbo models. Pretty soon the SRT-4 will be on there to remove all doubt, one way or the other.
