I likes, twin turbo BMW, and I think stock it is really boosting low, so this car may have a lot of aftermarket potential. M3 owners showuld be scared of this car, 335is may be tapping that *** with basic bolt ons. Still love the EVO, but this car is on my top 5 list for under $50,000.

Sweet. I've been waiting for the two door version of the new body style. The fact that it is available with a twin turbo in-line 6 is icing on the cake. It looks good too.
I drove a 330 sedan and thought it was great but, needed more power and it just takes so much work to get big power increases from NA motors. I love the M3 but, it is just a little out of reach new. This might be the answer for me or the wife.
I'm still waiting to see what happens with the X and the GTR. Too bad the GTR will probably fall into the same category as the M3, just a little out of reach new.

Love the idea, love BMW for taking a shot at a larger displacement turbo car (as opposed to the 318ti's most recently), but can't stand the looks of BMW's line anymore. Those cars will be beasts with a little love from the aftermarket.

It is just cool that someone will be making an in-line turbo 6 again though. There hasn't been anything available like that since the skyline and the supra were killed off.
I heard the M3 will be a NA V8, no forced induction though.

Nice car...they talk about the 2008 M3 in the article:
The 2008 M3 is expected to have a 400-hp naturally aspirated V-8 and cost $10,000 more. ($52k total)
Which should be pretty sick.
