The K20 continues to be an impressive engine, Honda should boost that engine from the start, and it wouldn't even be close to what the best sport compact car is, the SRT-4, Cobalt SS, and MS3 would both be in the rear view.

Just read the article in sport compact car mag about the 7sec unsponsored Honda in Jersey just broke all the records with. Clearly traction is something you can get around. Although it of course that's not a daily driver

Plus i prefer driving my car to the track and going straight to the line, not having to deal with changine tires and such. Just my personnel preference.

I know what they can do and there is defintaly some impressive hondas But because of my experience with them i would rather be gone of the line rather than wating for traction and then catching up.

The K20 is considered by many as the best 2.0L motor made.

It makes so much power because its very high compression. It has like 11:1 compression. Our evos have 8.8:1. Having lower compression and higher boost equal out. You would have serious reliability problems in that honda engine running high boost like we do. If you were to raise the compression ratio of our engines way up, you could run a lot lower boost and get the same power output.

My SR20 head flows ****ty in comparison which is why I make similiar peak torque but it drops off fast up top and limits the power.

$6000 for a K20? Pfft, I'll take a 500 hp Chevy 502ci Big Block, thanks.
