The K20 is considered by many as the best 2.0L motor made.

I'm not some Honda lover either, far from it. Been a Nissan guy pretty much my whole driving life. But I'm also an engineer and I know good engineering when I see it.

My SR20 head flows ****ty in comparison which is why I make similiar peak torque but it drops off fast up top and limits the power.

i guess youve never looked into the radius arm setup huh?
breaking halfshafts? were your motor mounts shot?
fwd requires some tweaking of the suspension to get great short times
i also launched off a two step for consistency
im not flaming just wondering what went wrong with that setup
our drag civic cracked 1 1.5 short time and consistently hit 1.6s
back in the mid 90s we were running low 11s high 10s and did beat a few cali guys back then but got no props
but actually was in turbomag in the table of contents
I actually plan on building another honda/acura chassis just because i love the 10k rev limits...im thinking a K20 hybrid high compression beast
im sure i will get flames about this but like a few other cars on the road courses will see me pass them when they least expect it...

I know what they can do and there is defintaly some impressive hondas But because of my experience with them i would rather be gone of the line rather than wating for traction and then catching up.
Plus i prefer driving my car to the track and going straight to the line, not having to deal with changine tires and such. Just my personnel preference.
