GO HUG A SPINNING TRIANGLE.

It will take more than an intake and exhaust to make 400whp on a stock motor (unported head / ls6 cam) ls6.

Thats about as much as you can make . You can get real close to 400 whp with the BEST of the best in boltons and it would have to be a strong running car to begin with.

suppose to be at least the same. Heh maybe i just like rotary engines, and willing to put in the sacrifice to prevent detonation. I love how they rev like nothing and how they sound when they're high on rpm's.

but when people still don't take care of their rotaries, bad tune, or over rev it ('cause it's so easy to do) then they're just looking for trouble. I've taken my FD apart a few times (battery relocation, 99 spec fitment, head light change, intercoolers, etc). Yeah you can get so much power when you drop any LS engine stock. I'm just not a fan of it, just think it's cool when someone does it though.

its basically the same on FC's and FD's. a LS series doesnt weigh much more then a wankle. Like was said before. it actually helps a FD with weight distribution.

so pretty much if you want to get 13b fd's.. you pretty much can't dd that car...
you would have to get a beater or seomthing i would assume?
because so many problems can happen.. or
is it possible to dd the fd?

it is possible... you just cant beat on it. you must take care of it... and you have to have a perfect tune on it. simple as that. they are finiky. same goes with FC's with the 13b.. although series 5 13b motors were made stronger because mazda saw the flaws and what was blowing so its easier to DD a later model 13b.
