M3(e36) Rx-7(FD3S).. Help!. Decisions..

Hello peepz...

I am looking to buy one of my only 2 choices .
Mazda Rx7 or BMW M3.
But first .. Let me give you a little background of myself.
I'm 18 years old. About to go to college w/in a few months.
I currently own an evo. But decide to sell it because of college. Also some other things, Because it is such a high maint car. Big car payment for an 18 y/o.
So I've deicide to put it up for sale. And looking at other cars right now.

What I look for :

A fast reliable car.
Looks good.
Chick Magnet
etc.
Also I am going to be modding this car(due to less car payment) YAY!
So I've decided to choose either between Rx7 or M3

Descriptions on the M3
It's 1999 (e36)
Has 98000 miles on it.
Black on black leather w/ bbs ch rims.
Lowered. The car is pretty much stock in terms of engine wise.

He is selling it b/c he just got the e46

Now onto the rx7
It's a 1993 (FD)
w/ 144k on the chassis but rebuilt engine w/ only 500 miles+ on it.
Single turbo conversion w/ gt40 running 10psi right now. Becasue it's untune
The whole front end is carbon fiber. but i'm planning to paint the whole car new anyways.
This car is pretty much done up but just tune it. then i will be allset.
Also the extras that i'm getting w/ this car : All the stock parts and Volk wheels (all 4 brand new ) w/ tires.

Now this guy is selling this car because of the down payment on the new house.

NOW : THE PRICES ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME PRICE. ...

Thanks guys... Help me out..

Btw - The engine was just rebuilt at 500 miles ago. But He does not have the time to drive it anymore because he's been busy working to buy a house. So the engine is pretty much BRAND NEW...

He is selling it for 12,500. The car has bbs ch on it. Other than that everything is stock . But he took most of the parts out that he put in. such as short shifter, the bar thing... idk what's it called but it's supposed to be under your car and increase the rigidity of the car.

it's a 1999 w/ 3.2lters.

Here is the pics of the car

If your looking for reliable speed WTF are you doing even thinking bout an FD?

The 13b-rew only last like 50k if that before needing rebuilds. my buddy has a 93 with only 55k on it and it was rebuilt once already. they are on the same un reliability level as the DSM maybe worse. although they can look good but ehhh and they still sound bad sometimes.\

Not o mention having driven a To4r single turbo one the car has NO ***** untill like 5-6k litterally no tourqe at all. they handle well but have noroom and tall dash boards and no tilt wheel so it is kind of un comfy to drive and the are ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE in any weather other than dry sunshine

well... reliability to me is like.. it doesn't break down easily.. it won't just die on me. I mean i wouldn't mind if this little thing went wrong .. this and that
But you were saying that they are just the same as dsm engines... so i'm pretty confident w/ it then.?

double check on the M3 it has the older kidney grills 95-97 car was prob in an accident or its not a 99.. or my eyes are bad but I'd double check that if I were you if everything checks out M3 FTW! + empty pockets come repair time! if the Evo is costing you much the M3 isnt an option and neither is the FD your best bet is to buy a Honda or Mazda speed 6 ( my friend picked one up for 27k fully loaded)

The grill was painted black. (what the owner told me.)
But then again. I really have no knowledge about M3's anyways. That's why you guys are helping me choosing cars.
