The Evo 9 is not much behind an Audi R8

I saw the real test today in a car magazine and I honestly was hoping for better performance for the price. The one remarkable thing was the top speed but as far is 1/4 mile times an Evo 9 it is not too far from it.

Looks is amaizing, but for $110k I think there are other good cars out there. What do you guys think?

Carlos

I've heard nothing but good things about the R8, (my roomate got to drive one on the Audi test track), i will bet that a Evo would not be able to hold its own against a R8 on a wide open track like Road America.

for the price of the r8, you could have one EVO 9 in each available trim level...

The Evo is an awesome car dont get me wrong, but its not the best by any means, if you have the money to buy an R8 your not going to say, hmmmm I wonder how many evo's i could buy for the price of this car.

With $110k, I'd rather have a GT3.

I would much rather have an RS4 and an Evo IX for that price. Or an Aston Martin Vantage V8.
