The little Fairlady thing threw me off. And don't listen to the guy saying to get the S2000. That's not even close to the price of either.
How's it not around the same price. A well-apointed Z or 8 is around the same price and an S.

i guess "get an evo" would be a silly thing to say. i think the rx8 is worlds more practical than the z though. better to have backseats than not if its not a gutted track car right?

The Z has lots of different trim options... the full Grand Touring or whatever is close to forty grand, while I don't know what the base costs (yeah less than S2000)
get an AP1 S2000, F20C FTW, then Z

What the hell are you talking about?

Anyways, get the 350z. Engine flooding is too much of a hassle; the rotary in general. The Rx-8 wins a lot of those "Vs." competitions but the Z is just much more reliable.

What a stupid post. The two cars considered are two door sports coupes. Use you're brain a little here and think about what's wrong with your suggestions.

The Z out powers the 8 and the 8 out handles the Z. Both are nice cars, but the street price for an 8 may make it the winner if I were choosing between the two. I've seen new 8s as cheap as $23k and at that price, it's hard to pass up.

Yea I agree with you, the two cars considered are at the opposite end of the spectrum. Plus Is350's are a lot more pricey and only come in auto.

However, stay away from the RX8. Coming from a previous owner, they are nothing but a headache. The positives do not out weigh the negatives.

Before you assume the world revolves around you, don't. Just because you can't get a Z for the same price I can, doesn't mean anything. But we'll go with the golden standard. Check up the MSRP for all 3 of these cars and tell me I'm wrong.

The 350z is not that comfortable.

And people, please stop saying S2000. You know what, just make her test drive them both. I'm sick of these Vs. threads. They can just be resolved through a test drive.

I say go for the 350z. Drove my friends Rx8 and wasn't thrilled at all and felt Ridiculous when I had to get out of the back with those damn suicide doors.

As for the s2000: I was a service advisor at a honda dealership and drove quite a bit of them and loved them. Drove nice, look great, decent on gas & its a honda.
