My girlfriend wants to buy a new car she`s in between the rx-8 or the 350z. I personally said the rx-8. What would u guys go for ?

rx8 is a great car, I had em...can run circles around 350z any day at twisty roads, very nimble car. To this day I miss it a little. It is also alot better looking then 350z IMO. 350z is nice car, but it is a bit played out.

Both great cars though

 

If she wants that type of car get a Honda S2000 way better than the Nissan, and Mazda. They are reliable, great resale value, Convertible, Great on Gas and V-Tak (lol)

 

heard issues with the rx8. 350z is ok, if you like not being able to see in the back. I gotta agree with evo305pimp tho. is250/is350 or the speed6 are alittle nicer. Id just have your gf drive each car and see which one feels better for her.

 

rx8 in auto is 200...... manual is 240..... which is she getting?

i had a manual rx8 and loved it. Not the fastest car, but it handled and stopped great but was still fast enough to be super fun. super nice interior, nice stereo, top notch quality and looks very very sexy...

I have no say on the 350z. I test drove it and liked it but its not for me.

All of the women I know of that drive RX8's love them. So do the guys. Besides wanting more power I haven't heard many complaints.

The Z is much more rough around the edges and has had more corners cut. She'd probably prefer the RX8's refinement.

 

The RX8 is a better car.WhY the looks,engine swaps and,handling that is out there is just unreal but to own this car u have to have deep packets.

If it were just between the RX-8 and the 350Z, I would get the Z hands down. I'm a bit sketchy when it comes to reliability on a rotary engine.

 

I have had both the rx 8 and 350z. Both are gr8 cars. The 350z is faster no comparison in that but the rx8 is more practical... I have had my share of bad experienes with rotary engine failures in the 7 and the 8.

the choice is urs...

 

rx-8s can't do anything faster than a Z except blow up

 

Go google Rx-8 vs 350z.

The little Fairlady thing threw me off. And don't listen to the guy saying to get the S2000. That's not even close to the price of either.
