what do you like more?

Ripping around corners at 45-50 on rails and waiting on boost?

-or-

Doing huge burnouts, wearing mustaches, and drinking Budweiser?

I don't know man, that second choice sounds awfully tempting Especially the mustache and the **** they call Budweiser.

Just playing around I had an 02 SS Camaro that was well modded. Then got into AWD turbo toys. Once you leave it you will miss it. The grass is never greener.

This is the reason why people have "car collections"

must be hard...

It sure is however like in dating though it is much more typical for a white male to want a blonde haired hottie... I personally wouldn't think twice about taking Alicia Keys (sp?) out on a date or hell even marry her!

When it comes down to it, sometimes traction just isnt as fun, sometimes having a new exhaust note is a nice change of pace... sometimes what you THOUGHT YOU LOVED, you may not love as much as something else. I think the new Challenger and Camaro are going to be much different beasts than 90s Mustangs and Camaros... I think the interiors will be more refined, nicer looking and feeling... they will focus more on a car with the nuts and a decent suspension set up instead of something that can get you to 60 in 5.0 seconds and then send you off the cliff once you try and take a turn... Look at how a 1969 Camaro SS/RS does in the performance catagory in comparision to an LS1 Camaro...

And dont forget, the performance routes in a lot of ways STARTED with the RWD Muscle V8... Chargers, and Pony cars like Challengers, Cudas and Camaros... I fell in love with the 1970 Dodge Challenger in Plum Crazy Purple.... and though I'd love to have one of those... it is also more special to alot of people because it was "there first sports car,,, oooohhh back in the day" and they got sentimental with it. Buying a new gen Challenger would deliver that same kind of feeling to alot of the late Gen X/Early Gen Y that never got that chance because of EMISSIONS!

Am I making a good point? I love the EVO but damn sometimes a smoke show, ripping around a corner sideways or Dukes of Hazzarding... is much more fun that track times and efficiency... haha. Besides, can you imagine the SEX factor of this???

Challenger R/T black with black leather, black wheels with a polished lip... mmm. W a license plate that says "NOBALLS" hahah!

Im liking Huge Burnouts......And if they "chevy" does thier jobs well over thier heads. The new Camaro will be sweeet.

'67-69 ss were the nicest lookinig cars. But Im affraid Chevy will cheapen too many areas of this car and will ruin the "what could have been so great".

We shall see Late 2009 .......... Im looking forward to seeing the ' Cuda also.

But what the deal with all this HP now that Bush wants 35mpg after 2020?

Will we have to turn in our hot rods?

GM has a habit of building a lot of hype and letting the products fall on their face.

Look at what happened with the GTO...they marketed it towards people who would look at 3-series coupes while they should have gone after Mustang/350Z owners. Everyone got excited for a week, and forgot the car existed.

Same with the Soulstice. People threw down deposits but cars weren't delivered on time, etc. Now it's an "Oh yeah, that car" kind of car.

Hopefully the Camaro will be half decent and not 40k.

I started to consider a G8 (I'm in the market for a new car right now) until I found out it's auto-only, at least for the first year...

A lot of cars got F'd up because they didn't have this or that... heres a couple...

IS350 (auto only) but they made the IS250 have a 6sp option AND awd... WTF WHY?
G35x (auto only) umm... Why? how hard would it be to have the option

Shelby GT500... prehistoric suspension... top gear said Ford stated that in order to add a decent suspension the price tag would have to be $5,000 higher. NO! BS, they could have friggen done it, but they would rather be greedy ****s and make more money and half *** the product.

EVO VIII IX even... they didn't take the hint that the stock clutch was junk in any kind of treatment?

SRT-4 Caliber... dump truck body only?

Mazdaspeed3... how hard would it be for them to make a friggen sedan version... like Subaru did with the WRX, that wagon is GAY!

And I love the OMG CIVIC SI IS THE GREATEST BUY EVARRRR!!!! pff, that car aint ****... $21,000 bucks for a whopping 197hp !!! and negative 96ft lbs tq!!! and a 15.1 1/4 mile!!! and after $4,000 in bolt ons youre STILL RUNNING MID 14s!

Neon or not... the SRT-4 had a ton of things down. THAT was a buy... $25,000 after an option or two for the MS3 aint crap...
