I was in a buddies 135i and liked the car but not enough to sell an evo for it. It is a completely different car . I guess it would just depend where i am at in my life and what would fit me best at that moment. Looking forward to when he begins to mod his and then see what its like.
Good luck with your 335i

True...but had i actually gotten off my *** when i had my evo and taken it to the track, i might've managed to hit high 11's or low 12's on street tires! Apart from *****ing about the cost come statement time and the desire to have a manual sometimes, i really don't have any regrets. the car looks sick, it's quick as hell with the chip, and my gf has stopped complaining about how loud it is...can't complain!

I actually stopped by brad benson mitsu in nj on a sunday to look at the new evo's....not bad at all! the interior is a step up, but then i get back into my 335i and its just no comparison. Maybe ill pick up a used 9 when the lease is up and send it to buschur's or something for some special treatment.

nice choice.
Why are you modding lease car? isnt that waste of money because you have to give back the car after lease period.
Plan to buy used M3 or M5 after my payment ends in 2 years =/

I'm keeping the mods very light and relatively cheap - just because it's a lease doesn't mean I can't have any fun. If i had purchased it, I probably would've gone to town with m3 side skirts, m-tech rear with bigger/or quad exhaust tips, lowered, 19" csl rims, etc.

But for now all ive done is a tint, cheap black kidney grills, painted reflector, m3 replica spoiler lip, aero front lip, and a pnp juicebox 3, which i can sell at some point down the road. This will probably be all i do...anything else would be too expensive and not really worth it.
