I dont think its over priced, it depends on how you see it all that time and money spent to build that. If i had the money id buy it for that price

I watched his build from day one, like most did on this site. The amount of time and money put in to this beautiful machine....I'd trade my IX in a heartbeat.

That was the most non neutral, hating, nonapology i've ever heard. You said you weren't hating, yet you then insult his intelligence, then you tell him to grow up.

That is a very nice Dime for sure. I love those cars and have always wanted to buy one for a project. THe $28k is high but, just from the pictures it looks warranted. Most people look at those cars and finish project like that and don't realize how much blood, sweat and tears go into a build of that kind.

I've been down that road countless times for customers and fully appreciate the work required. Obviously some done.

The car is fully restored and built from the ground up with attention to detail. I can vouch for Stew's DIME.

I think the price is fair for those who can appreciate.

GLWS!

This car is beautiful and I actually think that some would pay even more than jmart is asking.

When you started that build you sparked my interest in the datsun and I hope to have one as a project car when I'm a little older.

I dont get it. Why do people build these nice *** cars and then turn around and sell them? If I put that much time and effort into something, I dont think I could bear to let it go (unless I had to or if the buyer was offering an insane amount of money). At least, thats how I feel.

well for one, ya could have just stated your opinion in his thread about his entire project/restoration of the car instead of making your own. this project has nearly been 2 years long, over $40,000 spent... not including a hell of a lot of heart, time, and stress. Not only is the car worth it, he's also won NUMEROUS trophies, made a magazine feature, and has several offers for more magazine shoots. Now... maybe it isn't your cup of tea, but i know there are a lot of other people that will appreciate the build.
