I agree with the majority of these posts. No real point in having a rental in Vegas. Besides, why miss the opportunity to be on Taxi Cab Confessions? hehe

But again, if I had to choose, it would be the one with the lowest pricetag, and least amount of gas consumption, so choosing from your list it looks like your winners are:

Lotus Elise = least gas consumption and 2nd lowest price tag
H2 Hummer = Lowest Pricetag and probably least fuel efficient

The strip is so crowded and there are so many cars that it would be pointless to get a nice car in Vegas. Unless you drive off the strip then you can let her rip. There is a car rental place on the strip that you can rent an exotic car and drive right out.

Those prices seem really cheap,,, what are the miles they allow,, and what are extra miles?

I rented a vette at rentavette in Scottsdale and took it to the grand canyon,, had it for two days and it was $580.00 with taxes and miles.

It was a C5 vert.,,, and after 2 miles in the diamond lane,,lololol,,wtf is that,, I hit what seemed like a cinderblock,, huge thuudddddddd.. I kept going.

All in all it felt like I was driving a Chevy Impala compared to my evo.

I should have taken the boxster and saved $150.

Fun trip,,, great idea. Im thinking of doing it again. I will have to see what they have to offer.

As far as the 5 exotic cars,, I think thats around $5k-$10k. For a weekend tour.

As others have said, there is no reason to have a car if you are staying on the strip, ( I lived there for 2 years and I can tell you, the car isn't needed), better off spending the money on something else.
However if you want to get out of the city and go to redrock, hoover dam etc, then a nice car would be fun. I love older Ferrari's so I am bias on that one.
Have fun, its always a good time in Vegas

Its Vegas.......59 Pink Caddy convertible. You can go to differnt places to take advantage of the higher end cars- Hollywood, Scottsdale, Hamptons. Get a little more breathing room. High end cars are no big deal in Vegas.

Well the tour I was talking about was only a few hours, like 5 hours for $999. I found the price after I posted earlier.
