I used to own a silver custom painted '74 240Z. Have the idea of RB26 engine swap and some other stuff I plan on doing but I sold it instead. It was really clean... all original parts and all restored. I bought it from a collector in AZ, he ask for $10K I offer $5K and later sold it to me for $6K. Everything look flawless like it have just roll off the assembly line but it got old and I own too many project so I sold the Z for $5K to another out of state buyer. He never seen the car before, only pics that I provided. I told him the exact story above and he have a shipping company came to picked it up. I have this Z for 4 yrs and sold it last spring... when ever I see pics of other nicely done 240Z I always imagine what might have been if I still own my Z.

I actually have a 73 240z up for sale. I am located on the northshore if you ever wanted to check it out. Even if you just want to see what they are about that is cool no need to buy.

The picture you posted on the first post has the euro z bumpers which make the car super clean. You can get them in fg, cf and even original $$$ ones. I had so many big plans for the car and still may if I don't sell it.

My first car was a 1970 240z with a 260 block, 240 head, triple weber carbs and no floorboards, ac or heat. Painted (super thick paint poorly applied) dark purple with a tail and fender flairs. That car got me hooked on going REALLY fast. It only lasted about 8 months before I destroyed it (trashed the engine that was bubble gummed together anyway).
