Congrats on the GT-R! Welcome to the club.
Looks like you had some fun at the track. The car is amazing the way it carries speed through the corners. If you have the Bridgestones like I do, try the Dunlops next as everyone that runs them says they will improve your lap times.
Have you joined NAGTROC yet? If not it is the best site for the GT-R.
BTW before you purchase the Mines ECU may I suggest you call AMS first.
If you like you can PM me. Just got back from SEMA and there are a lot of exciting new items coming out for the GT-R.

I'm trying to buy the Mines ECU instead of swapping it, so that I have the original ECU. I was talking to Cobb, and he said that dealer can detect any changes to the ECU. So the best way to hide the tune is putting the stock ECU back in.

Some dealerships are willing to negotiate...some dealers are still dreaming hoping to get $20K + markup. I think if you search hard enough, you'll find one for about $8K above MSRP. They raised the MSRP on GTR Premium by $8K starting December, so I was willing to pay around $10K markup.

I've only seen the GT-R in grey, and I must say, white definitely tops it. Gorgeous car. Congrats!
I was also wondering about this. If anything, I would think they wouldn't really budge all that much. I mean, anyone who can get the money to actually buy the GT-R isn't really going to miss an extra 20k, are they? :P

Anyways, I know couple people who bought a new GTR at MSRP. I don't know how they did it, but it's out there.
WARNING: Transmission Fluid change cost me $900. Just the fluids were $65 per quarter x 10. Wow, I feel so ripped off.
