It does sound terrible.
Though the car is probably one of the best bang for the buck cars available today.
Too bad it's not a RWD or AWD drivetrain.
Unfortunately, no car manufacturer offers a RWD or AWD sport compact with a forced induced engine.
We got screwed by Nissan NA with the 240SX.

if you made minimum wage, you'd be driving an '88 oldsmobile. unless you still lived in your parents basement or had a sugar momma.
it's a shame a stock cobalt ss turbo will embarass a stock evo x on track. not to mention the sti. and it keeps up reasonably well with the m3.
it's blasphemy.
the best part is that in about 3 years you could probably get one for $10k and make it into a track rat. better to wad up your $10k cobalt than your $35k evo.
and by track i mean road course.

The new Turbo Cobalt SS is very impressive for FWD. Beat many respectable cars around the 'ring. Autoblog. Now the resales on the Supercharged Cobalt SS have completely tanked
