Get the F430 scuderia, that comes with the pu$$y package, basically it guaranty you get lay plus it also guaranty you outperform 99% of the cars in the streets.
The F355 is a little old in my opinion, it is more like show than go. For that price range I think I would rather get a used 911 Turbo.

Well the GT-Rs are headturners, and so as those exotic Euros. When I use my GT-R around, I get all stares. And yes I barely use the audio system since the engine notes are music to my ears.

I'd go for the 360 modena! You can get them used for $80k nowdays! I'm sure it will be even lower in the next few years too!
EDIT: Wait?! How much are you looking to spend? A GT3 RS is going to be at least $150k used I believe! If you are looking for something below that why not go with a gallardo for right around $100k and then getting the $50k Heffner Performance Twin-Turbo? 1005hp to the wheels would be a hell of a lot of fun!

Tough choice, I like the looks of the 355 over the 360, classis wedge shape over the newer generic bubble look. The 360 is light years ahead on the f1 transmission, the 355 had alot of problems with them 1st generation.
The 360 is faster and way more modern looking, the interior is more rich looking.
The 355 had some potencial expensive problems, valve guides, exhaust manifolds cracking, cats going out, sticky interiors, etc..
Unless you're good with a wrench, expect big bills from the dealer, example the 30,000 miles/5yr service will be about $9,000 if they don't find anything wrong, a windshield runs about $2,000 , fluid change $1,500.
However, nothing beats the attention a Ferrari will bring, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Also the sound of a Ferrari at full throttle is unique, makes you're palms sweat everytime you drive it.

Driven both pretty extensively. I would go for a 360 6 speed in about a second. Just a better all around more refined car than a 355. IMO it's all about getting a hard top either way you go. Now's an awesome time to pick up a Ferrari if you have the coin.
Just had to add, The 550 6 speed is my favorite Ferrari I've ever got to pilot. There is nothing ike having a Ferrari V12 in front of you...With a set of Tubi's behind, just amazing if your open to any other options. Also driven the Barachetta 550, Another amazing machine, basically a 550 with no roof.

the f355 is old and can be had for much cheaper coin than the f360 modena which most of the new ferrari models are based. get the f360. f430 if you can afford it.
