Hyundai Lies. Turbo Coupe Makes More than 210hp.

Oh okay, my statement is false then. Sorry, i just associate $$$$$ with the evo x .

wouldn't the x turbo be cheaper tho? Im sure you would get better gains with the red but i wonder how the x turbo would stack up against the red in this situation. that would be a interesting test along with swapping the 4b11 in the genesis.

Flow is flow, although be it there are many variables butttt, seeing as the two motors are very alike. I'd say you can expect parallel gains from a stock x turbo to a red.

No one has really talked about the heads yet either. I'd be curious to know if any shortcuts were taken by Hyundai in this department. Like how and if their version of VVT stacks up to MIVEC.

Na, it doesn't couple awd & FI. It's rare to find cars like the evo with turbo's and awd. Gtr, porsche 911 turbo, rs-4, sti, 335 xi, that's the league the evo's are in. The 370 although has great expectations... will not mess with the x performance wise, just race a g37 and you'll see what I mean.

For comparison sake a 370Z weighs in at 3,000 - 3,100lbs and it makes much more power. The power to weight ratio is worse than a lot of other cars, eg: Honda Civic Si, new Camaro, Cobalt SS, Challenger, Mustang, Solstice, etc...
Neither is the suspension and suspension geometry any good on the Gensis coupe. It uses macphereson struts in the front ...
But then again, I love the looks of the car and price for which it can be had. It's definately a sharp looking car. If this car lost a lot of weight, got down to below 3000lb, I think then it would be a contender ... Nice car but it needs to go on a sever diet.
