I know a 4 cylinder running 8's is sweet and impressive.... but this is a z06 haha your BALLIN and blowin the doors off everything around you haha.
I was always impressed with the 4g63 but I think i'm over it. An evo with an 35r has a hard time keeping up with a stock z06. At that point the z06 is bone stock with perfect quality at 60g or so then you have your built evo that may be a bit cheaper... but a pain in the *** to drive everyday haha. clutch, exhaust noise, boost creep, just weird little things happening every so often.. i would kill for a z06. Stock for stock, you def get your moneys worth, but the extra money in modding the evo?? I dono, I think im just over it now. I think the evos should stick to the track and leave it to the pro's for big modding. That is where they shine I think... not as a daily driver. I know, I have one haha My evo is nicely modded too, i did my research.. no nonsense, didnt add anything for the sake of adding it.. it all works together very nicely. but it will never be a car like a z06

Carbon fiber drive shaft, no A/C and other weight reduction mods definitely don't make DB's RS a full weight one. At least in my opinion.
With that said, I would give my left ******** to have DB's car.

My comment based on a Z06 running mid 10's has nothing to do with that car in the video. I was referring to a stock Z06 that can put on LT's, a cam, and a tune and be in mid 10's...sorry if you didn't understand that....

"An Evo with a 35R has a hard time keeping up with a stock Z06"? Are the new ones that much faster? Cause, I've never had much of a problem with the previous stock Z06's, and I'm just cammed with stock turbo and tune.

It takes a lot to get an evo on par with a stock z06 in a straight away.
EDIT: my car is just slightly faster then a stock c5 z06.
