Evo or Lexus IS300 with 2JZ?

Which would be more worth while and fun to drive?

IS300 with 2JZ for sure. That's my next planned build once I get the evo to where I like it.

well there are alot of factors there. an evo and an is 300 are basicly the same price. now u add in a 2jz swap. with the money spent on that you could have a killer setup on ur evo

I'm guessing you mean a 2JZ swapped from a turbo Supra since all IS300's come stock with a naturally aspirated 2JZ.

There's a automatic pre swapped IS 300 on autotrader for 17k. Buy that and spend the money you would've spent doing the swap on making the car the way you want.

my buddy raced one of those swapped is300's in his sti(full boltons and turbo upgrade)

the is300 could barely get traction, but when it finally got traction in 4th gear that thing took off. car was insane and built so good.

its all what you want out of the car. dont expect to be able to take a swapped is300 to a road course race or nothing
