Im gonna give that to driver error I would be afraid of ****ing 1000 horsepower in a car regularly known to catch fire. Im sorry but I guarantee you put that in the hands of a good driver I dont mean someone who is good at driving fast cars I mean someone who knows how to make your pucker up just watching them.

It's basic maintenance. They have built cars on the road with 25,000 miles on the system.

Let's see...
$210,000-$322,000 for the car. $65,000 for the kit. It runs 11's in the quarter(so does a stock one). Almost nobody knows how to work on it. It gets 12 miles to the gallon(stock). It only seats 1 1/2 (a boney chic or small dog for a passenger). No wonder I love my Evo so. Exhaust sounds nice but I could buy 10 new Evo X's or probably 15 VIII's and IX's. Or two Built VIII's and a big house with a three car garage...you get the picture.

I think Gallardo is a great car, but owned by too many posers. Sure if they can afford, it is none of my business on what they do with it, but I rarely see them at tracks (even after considering its production figures), let alone gutted out one with roll cage and plexi glass. They buy a very expensive performance vehicle, and they would install very loud exhaust or even a fire extinguisher, but they're too chicken or too poor to thrash the car. I wonder how many of the owners have seen even 60-70% of the car's potential?

vegasse on this forum has a heffner twin turbo gallardo with something rediculous like 1300rwhp. I can't remember his times but I remember watching a video on youtube that he posted of him with it at the track and it was pretty impressive.
