I'm glad they decided to turbo the S4 again. I was torn between a 2002 S4 and an Evo but i found a nice Evo before i found the S4.

 

GalantT3, my firend is a VW tech at Cherry Hill imports and they have 2 used white GTR's there. He keeps taunting me with cell phone pics. Apparently people are trading them in for 911 turbos. He took a ride in the GTR and said it was stupid fast. I'm still trying to get in one for a spin.

Awesome car. I was about to get an S4 before I decided to get an Evo X.

 

Yeah! I really don't see anything wrong with this car! Unless something changes or some other automaker releases something thats a better deal by May I'm going to pick one up.

 

Great power and amzing inside. Also gets 28mpg. Best of all the 333 is underrated Most are pulling 320 to the wheels. I sold my C63 for one. I'll be picking it up in a few weeks. Look at AWE's website, they have some great mods for this thing. Being Supercharged means good things to come. The Eaton runs 11 psi stock but Eaton says it will handle 21 psi... I cant wait...

 

I think one of the mags said the rear diff almost tries to throw the rear end of the car out first - sounds.. interesting

 

def. felt stronger than 333 thats for sure. nice upgrade. the c is badass, but its all about the motor. the audi handles well, and the interior is sweet.

 

if you are trying to compare the s4 to the m3 and merc you cant the s4 is about 20g cheaper fully loaded brand new now if you want to compare a audi it should be the s5 or the rs4. I would get the rs4 over any of these. That car is just pure amazing!!!

 

The S4 is as fast as the RS4 and its charged so I have no idea why you'd want the older RS4. The N/A on the RS4 limits it greatly. S4 all day

As for the Benz, same thing. I loved my C63 but headers alone are $5995 OUCH! And they give very little gains. I am so sold on this new S4 after driving it. Plus the update 3G MMI 3D navigation is incredible. Another reason why you'd be silly to buy the RS4. But thats just me, I like the newest and baddest. I love the RS4 but this new S4 is amazing.

 

It is a heck of a car with much more power than advertized. I could have had the first 2010 S4 in Tucson(beginning of August 2009) if it wasn't because the dealer wasn't negotiating a disccount on their "brand new2010 model", another factor was my trade in(2008 C6 Z06), other dealers were ofering me $7000 more for trade in and $12000 off my MSRP and that is why I got the C63 AMG.

If you can get a decent price on the S4 I would go for it, it is great on gas mileage and the engine puts much more power tahn advertized. The interior quality is unsurpass.

I highly recommend.

I am talking about the soon to come rs4 2010 it is sooo filthy!! Even though they may not make it and only have the rs5 which would be sick too!

 

RS4 is done, no more The upcoming RS will be the RS5 which is awesome but only a 2 door Me likey the sedans....
