I have currently have both (not the b6 s4 but a b5). My friend has a b6 and the evo I feel is more spacious compared to both his and mine but its true they are 2 totally different animals. The S4, im talking b5 with the v6 twin turbo, is so torquey due to the displacment and turbos. It feels like a 2.3 evo with 2 16g's lol.

Thank you for the input guys. I'm not even going to waste the sellers time by going to look at it.
The 04 has the 4.2L V8. It's Nogaro Blue Pearl sitting on 19" BBSes. It's a beautiful looking car. I heard about quality problems from a few other people, also. One being a VW tech. That can't be good.
I already own the evo and now that it's paid off, I was looking for a daily driver but, wanted something with enough room to comfortably fit two toddler car seats. I'm trying to avoid an SUV and surely not a minivan, my wife won't even drive one of those.

I've owned a '93 and '01 S4 prior to getting the Evo. The '93 has far more room than the Evo, but it was based of the Audi C chassis (A6, S6, etc). The '01 was much smaller and has less room than the Evo since it's based off the B chassis.
They were both fun cars, but expensive to keep running, especially the '01. I don't think I could go back to Audi unless they focus more on performance cars again and less on luxury first.
