Have to give it a chance. We built a electric VW bug in HS it didn't go very far but it had lots and lots of tourqe. Power delivery of electric motors is almost instant. Everything evolves
from horse to steam to gas to electric. check out this porshe electric has potential.

Yes eletrical motors do generate ALOT of tourque. If mitsu thinks of this scenario I think we will be able to adjust the tourqe settings by the touch of a few toggle switches in the near future along with adjusting the boost settings if mitsu still goes with the turbo route.

it's a concept and VERY rarely does a concept look anything even close to what the actual car will look like.

i actually like the look of a hatchback evo, as for ending up looking like that, i doubt it like someone else just said before me the concept never looks the same when it goes in to production.

i dont think it looks to bad. like someone said, production rarely looks like concept so lets hope for it to get better. also the hybrid part will likely be an option not the only thing it comes in.

I like it, and i'm all about the hybrid technology. Ferrari, Lambo, Audi, McClaren, Porsche are all going after the hybrid idea as well. I'm not a fan of the batteries they use now days, so I'm hoping something better comes out by then. I will say, hybrid is in our futures whether you like it or not. Might as well have a fast car that uses it.

its ok. it needs diff headlight but im sure they wont look like that in the end. and i hope they do something diff with the fenders. they look kinda like a g8 and a rx8. but if i remember right the evo x concept had fenders like that and they ended up making them boxy.

I said the same thing about the X when I had an VIII. I thought the X was ugly as hell as a concept car. Its still to early but, I can say this is definitely another ugly design coming from the minds of mitsubishi. Expecially if its green...what the hell? They got several other cars in there line up (family) to screw over and make "green" don't do it to the evo. ....simply put as before...fail!

haha this is messed up. I just read the article at work, and if I was Subaru fan-boy I would be mad as hell now. I thought Mitsubishi was better then this.

I think it looks alright. Some people on here act like there has been a good looking Evolution though.
