YES, finally an update. It was raining today but I just had to go drive it. With the addition of the headers, new tune, clutch and driveshaft it is flipping FAST! I am impressed! Gonna dyno again soon and wait for the track to open.

Have you changed the oil yet? I've been spending time at mustang forums and there seem to be two big issues with these cars. The transmission issues you had with your car is apparently widespread and persistent engine tick/piston slap/knock noise from the 5.0L. Have you noticed any odd noises from the engine as of yet?

Short video of the car on the streets now that it's warming up.

Current mods:

Long tube headers
BR header back exhaust, catless with BR 3" single exhaust
BR tune, SCT software
Driveshaft shop aluminum driveshaft
Exedy single disc clutch

The car runs strong for sure. I'm pretty impressed with the minimal mods that are done to it. Before we go any further with the project I want to run it at the track like it is. Tracks should open up in April around here.

I'm looking forward to hearing a turbo whoosh mixed in with that exhaust note, although then you are going to have to pedal it until you hit 80 mph or so unless you warm up a set of drag tires first.
