Buschur Racing's new 5 liter Mustang

The 3.73 is not helping this car after the 1/8th that's for sure. The shift to 5th hurt it and keeping it in 4th did too. It needs a taller tire and the rev limiter bumped. I've got the rev limiter moved now so that will take care of it for a bit, then it will be a taller tire after that. Looking back a 3.55 gear would have been a better choice. The best choice would be a trans gears so 4th was 1:1!

Haha, I haven't updated this thread, it's updated other places.
I'm busy working on the car. We've got our exhaust done for it, saves about 70 pounds. Did a battery kit for it this morning and then started trying to find weight to take out, not easy like an EVO, as a matter of fact I gave up. The sound deadener in the car is nearly non existent and what is there is the is very light.
I plan to run the car Sunday if the weather permits.
From the looks of your signature you've got an EVO9, I would trade it in to get an Mustang, maybe have both though!

After seeing your car in this thread ive been looking around town for the 2011 mustangs. Out of all of the ones ive seen, they dont compare to how this car looks. Maybe its your photo angles or something but for some reason it looks really good. I wasnt a fan of the mustangs till this one.
