Which car should I get?
I am finally fed up with my MX6, sure it has got some quicks, but this car has given me problems since day one. After I fix the right axel boot, it's getting the boot. Well anyway, what kind of car should I get? I am deciding between a 91-95 Toyota MR2 or a 97-98 240SX. On the toyota, i'll just upgrade traditionally. On the 240, i would like to do an RB engine conversion. What do you guys think?

The 1991-1995 MR2 turbos are a little ragged on the limit and in wet, slippery conditions. Short wheelbase + mid engine + turbo power = recipe for snap oversteer. The 240sx is a much more stable and predictable platform with more progressive behavior at the limit. I would be more confident behind the wheel of a 240sx on the track.
Plus the 240sx has tons of upgrade potential (SR20DET or RB25DET, 300ZX brake conversions, Silvia body kits, etc.). But if you plan to stay stock, you might find the 3SGTE in the mkII MR2 turbo more fun with it's 200 hp compared to the 155 hp of the 240sx.
