I would take a USED 330 over a NEw G35...
BMW has a higher quality engine, i love Inline 6's, teh G35 is good but teh Fit and finish isn't as tight, I like the 3-series frame and structural rigidy, I really like the handling better too, perfoect 50-50 Weight dis. But a 330 is a MIN

BMW isn't anything special in the crash tests. That alone is NOT worth the money.
Look at the TSX above. Ridgidty my ****.
I know chicks dig the emblem... it's a BMW!!!
Unfortunately there are no G35 tests.

I'll also say this: to heck with listening to your folks. If I always listened to my parents, I never would've been successful.
If I listened to my family, I'd driver a Toyota Corolla just like every other family member drives. I'm not just talking my immediate family either, every one of my extended family members that I have regular contact with drives one.
Be different and be your own person. It'll pay off in the long run. I'm not exactly regretting my decision to order an MR, and probably never will as long as I take good care of it.

the TL has 270hp and FWD......a match made in hell.....too bad they are incredibly sweet cars inside and out and have good HP but the FWD just takes that car out of contention in my book. They shouldn't really even make cars with more than 200hp in anything but RWD or AWD.

lol, if u can get a used 330 get one, my gf has one and it is sickkkk, pretty damn fast, the luxury in that car cannot be compared to the g35. The BMW will out handle it anyday of the week, and besides, do u want to be like the rest of the whole world and get a g35......plus BMW's service plan and warranty cannot be matched, they take care of there customers like no other company i have seen. BMW all the way!!
