Its just crazy! But the only Honda Engines i have love for is the B18C5 and the JDM H22. But i still think that the B18C5 is the best engine Honda ever made and i dont even like Honda's! But i said it before when it comes to a N/A engine stock its hard to beat them like it or not. But back to the question i think the true Civic Type R engine is a B16B but who knows there have so many variences of there engines you can never keep up. Oh ya then there is the New Civic Type R and the New RSX Type R OMG! my Evo will still kick there a$$. Sorry you honda guys! I really do have love for you somewhere deep down. Im just still looking for it

B16C has 185Hp on the fly wheel stock with Catalytic converter. Have an amazin potential for turbo or an outlaw N/A.

Sorry guys, I have checked the Engine engine, it is B16b not c. I am mistaken iwht the b18c. Once again, it comes with B16b motor, DOCH V-Tech.
PS: the best thing is, COME AND SEE

North American's Version of the SIR is a mere 160Hp due to its Catalytic Converter and the ECU setting (output limiter), however not with the JDM, the Asian and Australian Version of the SIR.

Chris lets not forget the F20C which I had on my S2000. Amazing engine, amazing sound. I had the K20A on my S type RSX too and it did sound great. Honda engines have something great which is reliability.
