There are three categories of B16 and B18 Engines, namely A = SOCH V-tech, B = V-Tech used in SiR series in North America and finally there are B16/B18C = DOCH V-Tech used in Type-R Model. B16C has 185Hp on the fly wheel stock with Catalytic converter. Have an amazin potential for turbo or an outlaw N/A.

Cheers
Mario

I will get a digital camera this Friday and will post the picture to you as soon after that. The car is always in the heated garrage and always shines like a charm :-)
If any of you located in GTA, please email me: msujanto@rogers.com to see the car directly. Thanks for all your interest guys.......yea, I know it is Honda, however it is JDM though

LOL was just gonna say its a honda though. But hey send some pics it would be cool to have a ALL motor hatch. Personally i dont think you can beat a honda engine when it comes to all motor IMO.

I agree 2k4EvoVIII, Honda made an amazing cars. If you compare for instance the transmission, it seems like its originally designed to be tunned and modified, so so super easy to disamble and resamble compare to any other car manufactures in the world. Also with the engine and there are literally millions of aftermarket parts out there.

It is basicaly a steal. Don't worry whooopassss, I will post the pictures soon with all the engine, exterior and interior. It was amazing how people look and twist their rubber neck to see me driving a right hand drive civic

B16B and B16C basically only differ in the setting of the ECU and the cam. However, this car equiped with Mugen's ECU. I never dyno it yet, if you are serious, I can do it for you and you can fly to the shop and see it, have a spin or something...it is an amazing small car (pocket rocket). The handling is so good, it feels like you driving a go-cart.

PS: I will trade it with your Evo though ... just kidding bro...2 of these can't even compare to one of yours

He is talking about the B16B the specs are exactly what he said 185hp.
It is also possible if he bought the tranny and engine together it will have a helical lsd.

Again, there is no such thing as a B16C....

B16A, or B16B...
now there is a B18C

the SiR motor is not even the B16B... it's the B16A... the B16B didn't come until the Civic Type R.... which is different from the SiR

and a B16A does not mean SOHC vtech... all B series are dual cams, but not all b series are vtec... and there is no H in VTEC.

Right. I was just saying there is no such thing as the engine code "B16C"

Just trying to help out.

If it's the 185 crank hp motor, then it is indeed the b16b. The motor out of a Civic Type R nor SiR.
