For two people, yes. The back seat is storage only if the driver/passenger are taller than 5'5" (being generous).

Also, the Cooper S holds the resale value really well. Used MCS' in SoCal usually listed higher than MSRP for brand new cars.

Wombat- I have sport, premium, leather, and HK packages.

Nice I got mine with the Sport, Premium, and Cold Weather packages. All of my friends are shocked how well the car handles in the corners.

My former Cooper S on track at Mid Ohio -- Don't get the sunroof if you need to wear a helmet in a Mini S.

I have a John Cooper Works and love it. It just turned 10K miles and I have not had a single issue with it. I Autocrossed it about 4 times and it is a hoot.

I ditched my run flats and put a set of Kosei K-1 rims with Falken Azenis tires. Not its like a go cart on the street and acceleration and braking were noticably improved.

Unfortunatly, I am going to sell it. I dont want to but I have a lot going on with my business and I own the car outright and could use the money right now.

I am thinking of pickig up a classic mini in the future.

So if any of you are interested here is a link to my specs on the car.
