02 WRX converted into a JDM v.8 WRX STI
This is from a local forum of mine in south florida, this guy has an 02 WRX and has put over 32k into the car to make it into a JDM v.8 WRX STI.

I managed to cut the cost a lot by selling parts I replaced, and other things leftover. I think I cute the cost by about $10,000, which helped out a lot.
Im taking out a loan this week to finish off the interior and sound system, plus im going to a new suspension, new defi gauges etc etc. Then after I pay that off, im gonna move on to building up the engine as the final stage.
A large chunk is due to the new engine/tranny which is for potential, so it's only decently quick right now, but theres a lot of power hiding in the engine . Another $10-11 and I will be done with the project, and no that's not all going in engine, half engine and half for the rest of the car.
Too much, and im getting closer to the end each day.
