Description:
2006 Mitsubishi Lancer GSR in the ultra rare Electric Blue. Made one year only with limited production. This is a very clean example of this car for the year and mileage. Fully built to 765 all wheel HP on 38psi through a precision 6266 turbo. Best of the best was used in the engine, transmission, a nd transfercase. Freshly rebuild Brembo's powdercoated with fresh stoptech rotors. Roughly 40K invested in the last year for the build/ restoration. Specifics can be released to next owner for exact parts used. Clean title car without lean. Interior is mostly stock and even uses the OEM radio. Car is tuned on the stock ECU and is the only Evo 9 I know that has Flex Fuel on the stock ecu. Car made 765hp/514tq. Car drives amazing and is an absolute monster.

I have in the past purchased and driven multiple evos home across the US without a single issue. Their owners had 100% confidence in what they were selling and it showed. Hence why I was able to make the trips without any problems. One was boostin built and the other was English racing built

you messaged asking if it would make a cross county trip. I never said that it would not. Only that me personally would not drive an evo across county.
I have full confidence in this car and if needed to I would drive across county with it.
would I take my daily that gets 50mpg, has cruise control and newer luxuries first? Yes.
I don’t take people posting inaccurate information that can cause me a potential sale lightly and I don’t think others would as well.

If you are serious about buying this car I live 15 min from Orange County airport. I’ll pick you up and you can drive it home.

I want to be as transparent as possible actually….
No shortage of “mint” Evos for sale
I don’t want to spend $40-50k, have the car shipped to me only to find out it has a spun bearing
You can look up my posts and see that I purchased an evo from a member on here days after speaking to him in an open chat and drove to pick it up shortly after our conversations
We drove to Louisiana and drove the fully built evo 11 hours back, with no issues what so ever. That was my second trip across the county to scoop up an evo. Both times both owners said it would make the trip back and provided proof of recent maintenance. Obviously I did not get on it and was taking it easy to make it home but yes, I am very interested in an evo. Yours is one of three I’m looking at and I don’t mind traveling but I was a bit worried when you said that you “wouldn’t drive a stock evo across the country let alone a built one”
Evos are extremely reliable if done properly. I know that as I worked on cars my entire life as a professional. I also own a home built 8sec ride so I know that things fail, I’m being realistic
Again, it was not my intention to post “inaccurate info” but to be as transparent as possible, a lot of crap boxes out there and yet people asking top $$ for it. I did say your ride was beautiful and it is
I doubt this will cost you a sale, if anything it shows you’re transparent about your ride
your evo is the furthest from me but also priced the lowest which is a huge + obviously
I’m still gathering $$ for the purchase but will be buying an evo shortly
