How to get even with Scammers

Pay pal can get the address and the bank account number of the scammer
it is part of the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT OR CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

tell them those laws and you will get your money back

if doesn't work file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau if Pay Pal will not cooperate.

Next time Send CHECK and ask for a valid driver's license. Ask them to call you and get there phone number.

you can track people that easy

GOODLUCK

best way is EBAY to buy stuff

Next time ask for a Valid Driver's license.

TELL THE SELLER TO SCAN IT FOR YOU AND SEND IT VIA EMAIL.
Tell that seller you will not buy his/her stuff if he/she doesn't send a copy of the driver's license.

very simple business Law on the internet.

Craigslist is better you have to face the seller or buyer and then the transaction will in person not via internet or email conversations

tell them no Block phone numbers when they call you, ask for driver's license and payment should be made CHECKS, no money order, no money transfer and no cash

Driver's license should match the mailing address for the money. if the seller gave a different address it means the driver's license is not his or fake.

Have you given him a negative feedback rating yet? I only see one that is fairly old.

Did you contact ANYONE on the staff directly concerning XtremEvo9? Your implication that we knowingly allow scammers to roam the site is offensive. This site AVERAGES thousands of new unique posts daily. We can use the help of the member's to remove scammers, not some unfounded accusation. Thanks.

He hasn't been here for over 5 days, and in that time you have yet to leave any feedback on the transaction. What do you expect us to do with a member who hasn't been around and we can't talk to, and you who doesn't follow my PM'd advice? We've traded a half-dozen PM's between us (you and I) on this. Please tell me what else you truly expect?

I now honestly understand why this website expects all this information from me to be a sponsor / vendor. I thought it was ridiculously to file back ground checks, credit checks, etc on the business but its better to be safe then sorry.

Noice job guys. Its tougher for me but its good.

evoj1967@aol.com scammer!

evoj1967@aol.com....do not deal with this person.

Here is how the scam works....

Email gets sent to you asking you to send them a money request.

They ask for the item to be shipped next day air.

You get a fake message from paypal saying that they are holding the money and need you to send them the tracking number before the money gets released to your account.

You send the tracking number to paypaladmin@inbox.com

Part gets to the person the next day and you get no money!

Paypal does not hold money!

There seems to be more and more scams going around these days so becareful!
