damn just sue him and get your money back. you have his old numbers and im sure his address or parents address. get on it and quit complaining and get your lawyer and file. i mean between the text chad and now him commenting on there about his lack of respect for his broke tranny should be a easy win

its not all that easy. That is going to require court fees, time off work plus its a 2.5 hr drive that will end up costing me most of what i would win in court. I've been talking with my laywer to figure out what i want to do I know my case is solid plus i have a witness that was with me when i picked it up

wow you dont really have a good lawyer then. Sue him for court cost and the cost of the tranny and inspection. You cant really sue him for time off work. but the rest you can. Your so called lawyer should have told you that.

I was contacted by ggevoIX (david j rydl 1324 monroe st. omaha, ne 68107) about a Evo X steering wheel he had for sale back in May (Repaired smashed Evo he had for sale also) I paid him for the steering wheel and it still hasn't arrived. He hasn't replied to any PMs I've sent him.

Scammed by 03EvolutionBlaK. Bought a "mint" IX front bumper, took nearly a week to get it shipped out. Received it in crappy packaging. When I opened it up, it was mangled. Full of dents, paint scratches and gauges, missing two grills and emblem. Had been in contact with him a few times and he said he was "working it out", but after getting the same run around and now no response since July 1st, its clear that he is a scammer. I've opened a claim with Paypal, but dont know how its going to turn out. Can anyone here (mods) help me out with this or is it a lost cause? I'm out $500 for the bumper and $80 for the shipping thats money that I coulda used for other bills...

Another 03EvolutionBlak Scam Alert

Scammed by 03EvolutionBlak for a Rally Red hood. This seller should be banned from Evom.

Hood came poorly packaged (Dave blamed it on Greyhound) and had mutiple scratches and dents. Dave said he was going to file a claim against Greyhound. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (I had a postive transaction with him before this episode) and an appropriate time to refund my money.

Dave no longer responds to PM's and is ignoring my continued requests for a refund.

I have all the PM's saved along with photo's of the hood.

Stay away from this seller.

We have permanently banned 03EvolutionBlaK. Unfortunately for those of you on the wrong side of his "deals", there's nothing else we at EvoM can do. He was asked several weeks ago to clean up his act, and he gave the staff the runaround, much like he's been giving you guys. Your best (and really only) hope is to file a claim through PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, or your bank (depending on how you paid). It's unlikely you'll see a 100% refund but you may be able to recover some of your losses.

Would of been nice if I would have got a reply from a mod. Because I don't live in the states does that mean you just ignore me as ggevoIX is doing?
