Does APG have a lift I can use?

Does APG have a lift I can use?
I got to school at the Air Force Academy, and they have a shop with lifts, mechanics, and every tool you'd ever need. I'm coming home for Christmas (I live in Bel Air) and I need to install a turboback on my evo. I was thinking Aberdeen Proving Grounds might have something like this. If you know if they do or not (and even better if you have a phone number for it) please let me know. That place is so huge I'm not sure I could find it by myself. I need a lift or some jack stands to put the turboback on, and my tool supply is pretty limited. Plus 'm just starting to learn my way around cars and I could use some help if they've got mechanics there. Thanks!
