Been rolling around for a year with a Turbo XS turbo back with a HFC and have not had a single issue. It's a pretty tame setup. Never been stopped in my evo.

New to the Evo so no tickets yet. But I have gotten in excess of 4 tickets for the STi in the NoVa area.

Turbo Eclipse with apexi dp / magnaflow exhaust / cat / resonator 2.5" piping pulled twice for it.
