Need info on the MClean VA area
Hey guys i need some info on the Mclean area. I am looking at a job with Nextel and would be moving to that area or a cheaper surrounding area. Just want some info. Hit me up at Mikeenderson2004 on AIM or Mikeenderson@hotmail.com on MSN

I'm in area and if you want a little space to drive your car and less congestion you'd be happier west of McLean (Reston, Sterling, etc.) rather than going south. Houses are expensive here. Plan on $400K+ for just a normal house. Just for reference, a 4 BR 2500 sq ft house in McLean is probably around $800K.

Your kind of in a tough spot for a couple reasons:
1. Everywhere around your job is very pricey, even Reston, Ashburn, etc you can expect to pay $400K + for a townhouse.
2. If you move to somewhere like Woodbridge which is 45 mins from Mclean, your daily commute will drive you insane in a week.

For a one bedroom condo in centreville, i paid 185,000. F*ckin assraping. I have a job that pays well, but the cost of living is so insane that my good paying job doesnt really get me very far. If you need a job I can hook you up, thats if you know anything about fixing computers.
