Morning everyone! What happened to Prin? No forum... no texts... I'm worried!!
It's a gorgeous day outside... good day to play with the hose lol
3- Did we start our thing today?? If so... I still must ask for 1 20oz soda a day... that's like nothing... lol The rest will be "cringe" water..... lol

ok, so when we see 3 on wednesday his eyes will be glazed over and he will be a bit lathargic!! And Bens not going to give you and cigarettes, so dont ask!!! Why are you giving up the mountian dew if Gennie can still have the 2 sodas a day??
OH, Gennie, i stopped drinking sodas for the most part, and started drinking the Arizona Green Tea, its really good and from what i hear not too bad for you either. But now i go thru like 3 gallons a week, its almost all i drink at work...my point is...its easier to go from the tea to water, than it was to go from soda right to water...it might make thigns a little easier for you! maybe....

I think the problem is that soda is so much more abundant. Cigs you kinda have to go out of your way to get. Soda costs less than bottled water at most fast food places. I vote soda being a bit tougher. Either way, healthier all around for the both of you.

because I don't want her to be discouraged thinking she got the worst end of the deal. Besides, I need to cut the mountain dew and coffee anyway, I have way too much of both. Wait .. what? coffee? SCREW IT! No more coffee either. Spicing it up a bit ... BAM!!!

Thanks for the support guys This is indeed a crazy challenge, but I think people are a lot more capable than they give themselves credit for. I just need to get my body used to not needing soda, coffee or cigs and I'll be fine Plus I'm hoping the gym routine will help work it out of my system.
