there is a place of brokenland parkway near the columbia mall you drive through yourself and they just check the gas cap and then plug in your obdII then you are on your way, took me no more than 10 mins.

True. I usually go to the one off 95 near b-more. They didn't seem to pressed about anyone's car there. Though, last time I was there was in the celica though.

Yeah... I had a pretty bad headache by 9 when we got back to my friends place. My work is being crappy... I think they be actually be blocking ports. I haven't been able to login in a few days.

Yeah... they frown upon secured connections going out from their networks. Ppl have been warned for just ssh sessions. I don't think they'd like vpns at all.
