Sorry to hear about this man. I thought it was fairly safe up that way.
I guess they weren't packin the tools to nab the turbo kit though. Hope they didn't trash the car bad in the process.
Sucks.... Somebody needs to burn in hell!

Lately there has been a bunch of cars stolen and others were just raped. Fortunatly, I guess I just was one of the raped customers.
They didnt damage the car at all in the process other than some scratches around the broken window and trunk area. The interior panels are pretty messed up but thats to be expected I guess.
The cop said 13 cars in the past 2 weeks have been stolen in our area......
I was suprised they didnt take the motor, turbo kit, or seats honestly...why not at that point...

Thanks for all of the watchful eyes....I just dont want these guys making any more money on these parts than they probably already have.
It was definatly more than one person as moving all of that stuff would have taken a good hour at least imo. Considering they didnt breaking too much stuff up in the removal process..
The car goes to the shop tommorow and hoepfully the claims adjuster will look at it and give me the damage estimate fairly quick so I can begin the long process of getting this thing back on the road....

Yeah man I was sorry to hear about that when I stopped down to see you at work on Saturday. I am paranoid now because my EVO sits outside too and I only live about 20 miles away from you.
Oh and I was talking to my neighbor who has the brother with the EVO II and apparently a ton of Hondas were ripped off in the same fashion as you told me and dumped in Smithsburg as you also said. Like four kids he knew personally. They went on a rampage over the last few weeks stealing everything from rims to engines right out of peoples driveways!!!
