Also, as Evo/Import owners we've also spent years building up friendships with people there, and chipping away at the skepticism the original people - Classics, V8s - harbor towards "rice rockets". Please don't ruin it.
That's exactly why everyone got kicked out of meeting at Macy's in Tysons - and cops show up within 5 minutes if you're there - where we used to always meet about 4 or 5 years ago. People showed up and did burnouts, drifting, etc. We showed up there once a couple years back just as a rendezvous place to go on a drive, and the cops wouldn't even let me wait long enough for one more person to show up.
You may say "that's ghey, yo!" or whatever, but that's just how it is. We're going to run out of places to meet if people keep this crap up.

Oh its worse then that, I remember when this kid showed up for the first time and claimed he had like 450hp on a stock 8 turbo with no alky and nothing but exhaust and 280 cams, but in his sig it says 264. I use to be like that before, so I cant go on him too too hard.

hahaha, Iv got like 120 but I guess it takes like 2 days to recount. Yea, I made a big thread about my 1000th on DcEvo hahaha, Im about to hit 2k in about 3 weeks Id say. Depends on how much of a ***** I want to be.

I never said 450hp. I said 400 at the crank because that is what I was told. Sorry and that was when I first got my evo. Also was told that they were 280 cams and me and my mechanic looked at them and contacted AMS tuning and they said they were 264's. So I know what I have now and AMS Tuning told me I need to get another tune, upgraded turbo manifold and some alky and would be over 400whp. Is that true? Sorry for the confusion "vaboostn33" when I first got my car. I am still learning about everything. Just need some clarification on somethings that is all! Thanks though for telling me that night that it is not and I did my research and knew you were right after that!

Im sure there is plenty of people on here that can answer that question for you. You should do your research in this forum 9mid-atlantic) and see what you find about atlantic and their tuning. My suggestion, go to DTM while you still have the chance.

everything is illegal in va..you cant do this that bla bla bla..inspection and all that junk..ive lived there up untill 98 and the cops are @ss holes about everything because they have nothing better to do in the middle of bfe ashburn..well the country as i would call it
