I've done countless clutches for EvoM members in the past and would be happy to help you out. Plus I have quite a few customers in VA. I'm just north of Philly.

For the closest reputable shop that I trust I would go to DTM. Yes they are a little further away than some others but well worth the trip. Also CBRD is an excellent shop. A little far to drive unless you have some time off, but also a top notch shop. Feel free to PM me for more info on either.

Great advice on shops in this thread, but to my understanding DTM doesn't tune with the Cobb AP.

I live in Williamsburg, and I have having a hard time finding a good shop (within a few hours drive) to tune my car via AP.

Anyone?

Did you try All Aspects? Have you thought about going back to the stock ecu?

Yes, and they don't either. I wanted to get a custom tune because I am currently running an AMS intake, but I could go back to stock and use a regular map. Obviously a custom tune is better for many reasons, and currently is the only route to go with an aftermarket intake.

Most evo shops that offer tuning can give you a custom tune by flashing the stock ecu. The software to flash the stock ecu is free.

Edit: I guess I should ask if you have an 8/9, or a X? I was assuming you had an 8/9.
