Buschur Shootout
Anyone from this area planning on going up for that weekend? It is the 15 and 16 of August. I will be going with STM from Rochester NY I hope, if I get back from my deployment on the day I am supposed to get back. But I will be driving back to Norfolk VA after it. Well just gauging to see who might be going.

That's funny that you made this post. I was just watching the Buschur Racing 2008 Compilation and was thinking about making a thread about this year shootout but it looks like you beat me to it lol. I'm def. going this year. I know a couple of DSM's around my area well probably go too since they went last year.

it is in Norwalk Ohio. Its about 9 hours from Norfolk area. Im only making the drive cuz my car will be in NY already gettin some go fast parts while i am gone. and the reason i posted it was because i was looking at STM's pics from 07 and 08 there. And i have wanted to go since i had my eclipse.

I missed last year, but went the year before (damn rain out). I had planned to go with my local club, sovadsm, but most backed out last minute and I didn't want to foot an overpriced room by myself. I don't see myself missing it again this year. Even without the races, it was one of the best car events I had ever been too.

i know someone who lives a hour away. so im not to worried about the hotel. and even if i need one usually with events like this go a few towns over it will be cheaper.

So sounds like the only one from the HR area is Raptor. But Mid AT sounds like we will be reppin pretty good. I will be there hopefully with STM and the rebuilt "Ricer" evo after it suffered a major loss this fall and my newly built evo.

I will keep it in mind, I know me and my brother in law were talking about it, cause he has a buddy that lives up there, but again that will depend on work
