Hey guys!

I'm new to the forum so im just sayin hey!

1 of my friends just wrapped his evo9 around a tree and died last week.. u guys might have heard... it was off of caves road.. they said it was a lancer but yeah they dont know ****.

My other friend just got a yellow 03 evo 8..

but yeah im looking to upgrade to either an evo or sti..

right now this is my car..

dam bro sorry to hear about ur friend RIP... but i would say hands down evo it costs less to make it fast and the sti takes more money to make it just as fast as an evo

Yeah Man sorry to hear about your friend, I hope it wasn't someone I met at one point. Where in Maryland are you at? Careful when you get an evo they are unforgiving, and drive nothing like an RSX. Are you on the RSX forums? Would you happen to know LilRed?

lolol... yea its a civic! haha

thanks guys for the salutations..

i live in Reisterstown... but yeah i heard parts were cheaper for evos so thats good for me, seeing as im 19!
haha

as of right now im at CCBC but will be at towson uni next semester

lol parts may be a little cheaper for evos then sti's but there gonna be alot more expensive on either of those cars compared to your si. Make sure you do alot of research b4 u just go out and buy one. make sure u being 19 can afford all the problems you may run up against in the future.

oh hahah trust me ive wanted either an sti or an evo since i started getting into cars.. ive been on the iwsti forum for a while.. then just joined here.. i know a little bit more about sti's but yeah i know its a lot more expensive then my stuff!

to be honest all ill be doing is tbe, AP, intake.. basically stage 2...and exterior mods to make it look bangin.. and thats pretty much it!

LOL My bad I really just glanced, the front looks similar to the RSX. I don't really pay too much attention to hondas. No offense. Thanks for catching my mistake

Lol yeah thats where it all starts. then next thing u know ull want cams. then eventually ull want a big turbo its hard to keep these cars just basic bolt-ons unless ur making some good power which is hard with basic bolt -ons

Then you end up putting $70k worth of upgrades, and wonder why your still living in a condo........then you get a new one and start on it..........it never ends! Your going to Love your EVO though!
