I will be bringing down my monster evo if it don't blow up first and will take some brave souls out for some quick blasts if the local law enforcement is not too heavy

I'm already on the sign-up list at dcevoclub.com. I saw in another post that a $200 deposit is required. I was planning on visiting Agile this week to drop off the check. Question - is the deposit made out to Agile or Dynoflash? If the dyno day event is cancelled for some reason I obviously want the deposit returned.

If for some reason (maybe I get arrested driving down there too fast) the dyno day doesn't go forward of course everyone gets back the deposit
The deposit is to hold your spot and if the customer doesn't make it and no one takes the spot you loose the deposit
