anyone know this evo

its a clean title and the car is very clean, i test drove it and it had some noises that was maybe a month ago when i was looking for my evo. GET A COMPRESSION TEST!!! and bring it to a shop that YOU know/if you dont know a shop take it to mitsu and have them look at it for you, they charge 150 i believe but its well worth it. dont fall into the mistake of buying a evo thats not drivable.

he didn't even write much about it. Do all your necessary checks like Carfax, compression check, any wines, grinds, thumps, squealing, maybe have a shop check it out if you don't feel confident. Please i don't want to see another thread titling "I just got ripped off!!!" save yourself the headache.

where in VA are you? im in Nova for a while. I might know some ppl who know that evo and could steer you towards some people who are more knowledgable than myself to take a look at it for you. also (im not expert by any means) I could PM you some stuff to keep an eye out for and look at. just throwing the offer out there. im right about 60k so I have done a ton of research about it as well.
either way gl w/ the upcoming purchase! cheers
edit: appears to have (just from looks) a seibon hood, wingless, new tails or tinted tails, and bigger FMIC. so it def has some mods. get some more details and post em up. ill see what I can find out as well.

i decided to pass this evo by and keep an eye out for another . the owner hasn't responded me back , along with this looks a little skechy so im gona pass on this one.
