I wish I had seen this thread earlier! We went down from Friday to Saturday. That was our red evo from RedJack Racing! I got to talk to one other member on the forums here but we didn't get a chance to flag down the two or 3 other evos we saw. It was entertaining to hear some of the ford/chevy guys making fun of evos down there

Wish I knew about thursday night would have rolled out there and seen if anyone wanted to play with a auto talon lol.
Sat night they were out there but I stayed on the island and hunted, it's a little hard because my cat looks like nothing

I was honestly pretty surprised how accepting most people were of my car. I feel tho like most people do have respect for Evos. I had at least 4 or 5 older dudes in big displacement V8 drag cars pull up to me at stop lights and theyd go thats an AWD car on 4 slicks?? I said yes it is, and theyd reply thats pretty awesome or they were just very surprised haha.

Was hoping to find you on here man! I was actually feeling like **** (bad ankle injury). I would have loved to rip some of those muscle cars, but I couldn't even drive the car with what happened. Was good meeting ya man!

Holy poop hahah that's sick. Are you goin down in October?? I didn't see your car at all for some reason I wish I had it looks awesome. Well have to team up for the "insert other make of car here" bang hahah. My clutch went on me on Thursday night so it was just sittin at my hotel for the rest of the weekend by the highway.

Its the same event, just WAY less traffic and its still just as many cars. OCMD Endless Summer Cruisin its called and its October 3-7. The October one is usually warmer too lol.

Damn I'm sorry to hear about your ankle. Maybe in the October event. Hopefully I won't be stock anymore lol. I agree with Sven it's basically the same event,amount of cars and amount of burnouts and craziness. Just a lot less traffic. June 8-9 is the oc car and truck show. Also there's a awd meet. Ive been to the show and it's a good time. But it's more import scene. I'll be down there for that

That was all of us. Me, and everyone we were staying with was in that group. It was a good time, but cops got heavy QUICK so we went home.
I didn't see this thread before so I'm sorry I didn't meet with you guys. There where some bad *** racing on 50 thursday night at 2 in the morning. There where 6 supras 2 skylines a blown viper and a street bike with the tag that read 2jzetr. Plus big hp mustangs and vette's. I saw a crew of evos running together. Good time.
