Hey, I'm up in Denver. I know there are a few evo owners down there that are on evom. The only time I've actually been to the springs was for the hill climb/rally.
Welcome!

I know quite a few evo owners here in Denver get together once in a while, but I'm always at work, so I don't know much about the meets.

Well welcome to the wonderful state of colorado. There are plenty of Evo's in the Denver and Springs area. I myself am part of the Speedstars. A local Denver group comprised of several different cars. We have as a group 5 Evo's a WRX an STI, a Toyota, Civic SI and others. I am sure there a few Evo's in the Springs Area.
As far as drag strips there is just Bandimere. Everything else is done from light to light.
Second Creek is a race track but unfortunatley it will be closed for good here shortly. It is getting shut down and rebuilt for homes.
If you have any questions just send a PM. If not welcome to CO and enjoy the scenery and the winding roads in the colorful mountains. Only downside, is less air up here.

Colorado Springs is a good size. Probably bigger than I think. i haven't been down there in a while. It is a good import scene and I know there are a few Evo's down there. As far as meeting up..it's probably the same as up in Denver...Sat or Sunday nights at local hangouts (i.e. Sonic, Mc Donalds, WalMart etc).

I just bought an EVO and live halfway between CO spgs and Denver. If anyone wants to meet up let me know. Also I have a killer mechanic, not literally, in the Springs who does everything from rebuilds to custom fabrication (from exhaust to EGT intstalls). If anyone wants his info PM me.
