Too bad you are not near me. I just had my windows tinted two weeks ago at a local shop for $159 after tax. That includes all 4 main door windows, the 2 sail windows in the back, the rear glass with defroster, a 6 inch wide strip across the top of my windshield, and the sunroof. The sunroof was an after thought because with the windows all tinted, the factory tint on the sunroof just was not dark enough. The tint has lifetime warrenty, and free replacement if it gets damaged. Unfortunatly, I decided to get the darkest tint possible and now the cops in my town are cracking down on the 35% Law. Mine are at 5%.... I haven't been stopped yet, but I can feel it coming! The tints look mean on my Silver Lancer!

To help you out, search the yellow pages in your area, there should be a section for Window Tinting. Call around to all the shops. Get a price from each one. Then if the shops are all close by, go look at some of the cars that they have sitting there. The best car to look at is the one that the guy that does the tinting drives! They always do their own car the best.

The guy I had do mine, I had never heard of before. But he did better than Ziebart!

Hope this helps ya out!

sounds awesome! I've been thinking about what I want to do with the beast, and tint seems harmless Making it faster and louder would be a plus, but it already has the clear taillights so what am I to do?!? :P

so I'm finally letting loose more with it, and I keep getting impressed on how powerful it is...

My next project is to get rid of my stupid clear tail lights without spending $400.

We'll see how it turns out.

Eclipse is the way to go in Madison. They did my tint on my old Golf and it was perfect...they're widely known around Madison. Tint is one thing you don't look for cheap prices on either.

Don't worry about Moss...he's just jealous
